How it works

The Owner chooses the document type, the project or whole company, and a minimum amount. Each change is confirmed with an emailed code.

Up to five levels in order, each a role or a named person.

Approvers act from their inbox. Rejecting needs a remark, and the entry can be fixed and resubmitted.

FAQ

Who can change the approval rules?

Only an Owner, and each change is confirmed with a one-time code sent by email.

Can one person approve twice?

No. A non-Owner cannot approve two levels of the same request, and nobody can approve their own entry.

What happens to a rejected entry?

It shows the reason. The person who raised it can fix it and submit it again.
