Refund and cancellation policy.
forbuilders is free today. When paid plans start: a full refund within 2 days of your first paid purchase, no refunds after that, and you can cancel any time.

Today: forbuilders is free
forbuilders is free during early access. We do not take any payment today, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
Before we introduce fees we will give Owners at least 30 days’ notice of the plans and prices, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. This is promised in our Terms of Service. The rules below apply once paid plans start.
2-day full refund
If you are not satisfied, ask within 2 days (48 hours) of your company’s first paid purchase and we refund it in full.
After 2 days
After that, payments are non-refundable. This includes renewals and later purchases.
Cancel any time
You can cancel a plan at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and it will not renew. You are not charged again.
Always refunded
Whatever the timing, we always refund in full:
- a duplicate or wrong charge;
- a charge made after you validly cancelled;
- a payment for a plan that was not activated.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of our approval. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Your data is never held back
Whatever happens to a plan, Owners can always download a complete export of the company’s data, before or after cancelling.
How to ask
Email contact@forbuilders.in from the Owner’s account email, with your company name. A person from our team will reply by email.
If something goes wrong
If you are not satisfied with our answer, write to our Grievance Officer, Dinesh Kumar, at grievance@forbuilders.in. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
